The Essentialist Audit is a reflective exercise designed to help you evaluate all your current activities, commitments, and tasks over a typical week. You're encouraged to critically assess each one for its essentiality, its alignment with your personal goals and values, and the emotional impact it has on you—whether it leaves you feeling energized, drained, or indifferent. The aim is to scrutinize the necessity of your engagements and to identify which ones truly contribute to your life's priorities and which ones detract from them.

By undertaking The Essentialist Audit, you will gain a deeper understanding of how your daily actions align—or fail to align—with your overarching life goals and values. This exercise will illuminate areas of your life cluttered with non-essential activities that drain your energy and detract from your ability to focus on what is truly important. As a result, you'll be better equipped to make informed decisions about which activities to continue, modify, delegate, or eliminate, thereby paving the way for a more focused, fulfilling, and intentional life.
